25% of the gross sale from each "Seed of Hope" pin supports the National Foundation for Cancer Research. The NFCR provides "seed funding" to worldwide scientists working to find a cure for all types of cancer. Established in 1973 by Nobel Laureate Albert Szent-Gyöorgyi, M.D. and entrepreneur Franklin Salisbury, Sr., the Foundation supports cancer research from a scientific perspective leading to better prevention, earlier diagnosis, new treatments, and ultimately, cures for cancer.

By supporting the best ideas of the best minds and by facilitating collaboration among all researchers, advances in one field contribute to discoveries in another. This is what NFCR's "Laboratory Without Walls" makes possible. We welcome anyone interested in selling Seed of Hope pins to help raise money for cancer research. The money raised will be donated in your name, mentioned on the NFCR website Honor Hall and is tax deductible.
